Pioneer Program FAQ
A: This is a founding customer subscription program. It is not free, but it is offered at a deeply discounted rate with significant long-term benefits and a low-risk, high-reward structure. The commercial agreement is based on achieving the success metrics we define together.
A: We are deeply invested in your success. If the agreed-upon KPIs are not met during the 120-150-day period, we will work with you to understand why. Depending on the circumstances, we may extend the validation period or, as a last resort, part ways amicably with no further obligation.
A: The agreement is a standard SaaS subscription contract, simplified for the pioneer program. It will clearly state your locked-in, lifetime discounted rate, the terms of the 120-150-day success plan, and the transition to a full subscription.
A: We expect a key internal champion to dedicate 2-4 hours per week to managing the project, providing feedback, and participating in review sessions. The total time required from your IT and operations teams will be minimal due to our dedicated support.
